Adv. Nachum Kubovsky is the firm’s managing partner and a highly experienced litigator with broad practice in complex civil and commercial disputes. He represents clients across the full spectrum of litigation channels – before all levels of Israel’s civil courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and in administrative tribunals – bringing strategic depth and legal rigor to each case.
His practice spans diverse areas of law, including corporate and partnership disputes, class actions, contract law, intellectual property, and insolvency law. Adv. Kubovsky also provides clients with comprehensive legal opinions and ongoing advisory services in matters of civil and administrative law.
A recognized authority in administrative and tender law, Adv. Kubovsky has represented both public entities and private sector clients in sensitive regulatory matters and has served as counsel in numerous high-profile tenders. He advises clients throughout the full tender lifecycle, from bid submission and interaction with tender committees, to judicial review and administrative petitions challenging tender outcomes.
Furthermore, Adv. Kubovsky has extensive experience in representing clients in proceedings before the High Court of Justice and administrative courts, including petitions to cancel administrative decisions, applications under the Freedom of Information Law and more.
In 2007, he served as an external lecturer at the University of Haifa’s Faculty of Law, teaching the course “Issues in Managing Administrative Proceedings”.
